I purchased a part for our Jeep, the pop rivets changed color within a couple weeks. I finally got in touch with them and they sent replacement pop rivets which changed just like the others within a week, now I cant get a reply to my emails and can not get anyone on the phone. Website isnt even coming up now. For all I know they have gone out of business now.

Bad zipper

I bought my soft top in April. I have zipped and unzipped the back window 3 times with today making it 4 times. In the process of zipping closed the zipper ripped from the fabric and now I can't zipp it closed. I tried calling customer service and the phone number goes to Comcast and not morris 4x4..WTH!!

Order cancelled by company after WEEKS of shipping delays

Ordered a water pump hose & fender flares for my 74 CJ5 on June 5th. Fender flares arrived, but no water pump hose, 4 shipping delays and then I get an email on June 30th "Just letting you know that your order has been successfully cancelled. Sorry this didn't end up being what you needed!" WTF. They've issued a refund apparently, so we'll see if that gets to me. I have emld 3 times and called Cust Svc & Sales, daily. No one returning emails or phone calls, you literally cannot reach a live body at Morris 4x4. We've ordered from them many times with no real issues and they used to answer the phone. Not sure what is going on at this point, but I'm beyond pissed. If I ran my business like this, I wouldn't HAVE a business.

After having a breakdown, I called to submit an order to have it overnighted to me. After being promised that no problem it'll be on its way you'll get the tracking number soon. I never received the tracking numbers.. The website says they're open till 7:00 p.m. eastern time, I tried calling several times between 4:00 and 7:00 in the voicemail says they were closed. I called on Monday and spoke to another customer service rep who said oh no problem they would be shipped out tomorrow and I asked to speak to a supervisor. Again, the parts were not shipped and the supervisor never called. So, I have now canceled the order in order from someone else and vow to never ever deal with Morris 4x4 again.
